The U.S. Green Building Council certified DTTP as a LEED Gold facility in March of 2017. Buildings which are LEED Certified have a positive impact on occupants, while promoting renewable, clean energy and improved efficiency. From our industrial wastewater recycling system to the automatic water faucets in the restrooms, everything we do is planned with sustainability and the environment in mind. Our own VRV systems provide thermal comfort and are 36% more efficient than the standard. We have invested significant resources to ensure our building is compliant with the high standards of the USGBC and to provide our employees and visitors with a comfortable environment.
